We are available to support and gain recognition for our members as highly skilled professionals within the catering industry and can provide information at all levels of the profession. To help us achieve this, we liaise with examining bodies and other educational and vocational establishments in relation to the culinary arts.
The main objective of ICC is to be the official voice representing professional Italian hospitality team working together in various engagements with the local community with a international mindset to be mentors of the Italian National Culinary Team for international competitions locally and overseas.
The educational and social activities promote interaction and networking among members and helps to train the culinary workforce to improving skills and productivity standards in their respective workplaces.
With its diverse portfolios, the alliance is managed by a team of dedicated committee members led by ICC President, Chef Carmelo Carnevale
The entire committee is made of members who volunteer their personal time in managing the various portfolios throughout the year.
